Shipping Policy
Your Items Will Be Sent Securely and Handled With The Upmost Care!
All orders will be sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed for as we want to offer a quick service that is fairly priced with adequate security for yourself and for us. We do ask for a £3 postage fee on all orders.
If you require Special Delivery this will come at a cost of £10
Any returns required must be arranged by the buyer and at the buyers expense. We do not provide packaging for returning items
Please understand that we are a small company and over time we would like to better our shipping fees.
Return & Exchange Policy
At ZardCardz we are happy to offer a full refund within 28 days from the purchase being made. The items must be returned in the same condition they were received in. We ask that you contact us if you have any issues with your purchase before processing a refund.
